Your responsibilities will span the customer lifecycle, guiding successful activation in production, maximizing consumption strategies, and identifying innovative use cases to enhance the customer's time-to-value. You will engage as a trusted advisor and lead technical discovery, design, and presentations while collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth transitions during the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical authority for Agentforce and Data Cloud, accelerating customer adoption and maximizing product consumption.
- Support pre-sales activities, including engaging with sales teams and leading technical workshops, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Develop detailed data architectures and provide SKU recommendations.
- Collaborate with product management to advocate for customers' needs and insights.
- Guide customers through production activation and monitor solution performance to optimize their experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect, preferably within the company ecosystem.
- Experience with AI concepts and technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to lead technical pre-sales cycles and deliver impactful demos and workshops.
- Strong understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing technical and business audiences.
- Passion for innovation in artificial intelligence and business automation.
- Willingness to complete a mandatory 6-week intensive training program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of company Data Cloud, data modeling, and big data processing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Relevant certifications such as company Agentblazer Legend Status (including AI Specialist certification) and Data Cloud Consultant certification.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
