Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions leveraging frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
- Integrate Camel AI for intelligent message routing, event-driven orchestration, and sophisticated agent communication.
- Design modular, cloud-native architectures utilizing microservices principles, preferably on AWS or Azure, employing Docker and Kubernetes.
- Enable multi-agent cooperation through protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent).
- Lead backend orchestration efforts using Python, Node.js, or Java (Camel DSL).
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration via REST and gRPC APIs.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability for enterprise-grade deployments.
- Mentor engineering teams, establish best practices for agentic workflows, and foster innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in agentic AI principles: autonomous reasoning, memory management, tool utilization, and multi-step reasoning.
- Proven experience with Camel AI or Apache Camel for routing, mediation, and integration.
- Strong proficiency with LLM orchestration tools including LangChain, AutoGen, MetaGPT, etc.
- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, containerization, and deployment platforms like ECS/EKS.
- Experience designing secure APIs, implementing RBAC, OAuth, and managing identity securely.
- Familiarity with frontend-backend integration within SaaS environments, especially with frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and multimodal AI systems.
- Knowledge of plugin/tool execution pipelines (e.g., ReAct pattern).
- Understanding of vector stores, episodic memory, and context-aware agent designs.
- Prior experience working on enterprise AI platforms or intelligent task management systems.
