Key responsibilities include:
- Designing modular, cloud-native architectures preferably on AWS or Azure using microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Enabling multi-agent collaboration through protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication.
- Leading backend orchestration using Python, Node.js, or Java (Camel DSL).
- Collaborating with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration via REST/gRPC APIs.
- Optimizing system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentoring engineering teams and defining best practices for agentic workflows.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of agentic AI principles: autonomous reasoning, memory management, tool use, and multi-step planning.
- Hands-on experience with Camel AI or Apache Camel for routing, mediation, and integration.
- Proficiency in LLM orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, MetaGPT, etc.).
- Strong grasp of event-driven architecture and containerized deployments (ECS/EKS).
- Experience with secure API design, RBAC, OAuth, and identity management.
- Familiarity with frontend-backend integration in SaaS environments (React, Next.js, Vue.js).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multimodal AI systems.
- Experience with plugin/tool execution pipelines (e.g., ReAct pattern).
- Knowledge of vector stores, episodic memory, and context-aware agent design.
- Prior work in enterprise-grade AI platforms or intelligent task management systems.
