Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI solutions tailored for enterprise platforms, including Salesforce CRM, data lakes, and APIs.
- Drive architecture governance, code quality, and technical standards while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms, particularly cloud services like Microsoft Azure, to deliver transformative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems with legacy infrastructures via RESTful APIs and middleware.
- Develop and manage autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry.
- Ensure data integrity and security while working with data architecture, data science, and privacy considerations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with hands-on engagement in designing and deploying AI solutions.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiar with data pipeline tools, ETL processes, and cloud infrastructure including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise with frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, Foundry, and OpenAI APIs.
- Strong understanding of advanced AI techniques like reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Have experience with data engineering tools, data lakehouses (Fabric), and integration of AI with existing systems.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Leadership capabilities and a detail-oriented approach focused on high-quality, scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI ethics, bias mitigation strategies, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
