We are seeking an experienced Agentic DevOps Lead to spearhead our Agentic DevOps initiatives, focusing on scaling Generative AI solutions across diverse cloud environments. This role will involve architecting and operationalizing a reusable, portable Agentic DevOps framework to ensure production readiness, observability, and deployment efficiency for agentic applications. You will lead a team of engineers, architects, and DevOps specialists to deliver robust and scalable agentic systems.
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote (with possible travel requirements ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of scalable DevOps frameworks for agentic systems using tools like LangGraph and Crew AI.
- Construct reusable scaffolding for agent lifecycle management, orchestration, monitoring, and metering.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ensure agentic applications conform to enterprise-grade standards for security, reliability, and compliance.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams across DevOps, AI engineering, and client enablement.
- Collaborate with solution architects for tailored deployments in client environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of professional experience with relevant educational qualifications.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Science, or Applied Machine Learning.
- Proven experience leading DevOps or platform engineering initiatives for AI-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience deploying solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing multi-agent systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or consulting environments.
- Exposure to regulated or security-sensitive industries.
