Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the organization’s adoption of agile principles and practices across teams and departments.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance agile maturity and skills.
- Assess team performance and provide actionable feedback to improve agility and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile processes with organizational objectives and business priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process optimizations.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and planning sessions to foster collaboration and transparency.
- Measure and report on agile adoption success and team performance progress to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar agile facilitation/mentoring role.
- Hands-on experience in coaching organizations within the telecom sector or related industries.
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide agile transformations and improvements.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams, utilizing tools like JIRA and Trello.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar certifications preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Required: JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred: Confluence, Miro, Collaboration tools (MS Teams/Zoom).
- Essential frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
- Preferred familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), LeSS, DevOps principles, and telecom industry standards.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
