Position

The company is seeking an experienced Agile Coach with expertise in the telecom industry to lead and support our organization’s agile transformation initiatives. The role involves guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting and practicing agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and embedding agility into business operations. The successful candidate will enable teams to deliver value more effectively while aligning agile practices with organizational goals, thereby supporting improved efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the organization’s adoption of agile principles and practices across teams and departments.
  • Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to enhance agile maturity and skills.
  • Assess team performance and provide actionable feedback to improve agility and delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile processes with organizational objectives and business priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process optimizations.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and planning sessions to foster collaboration and transparency.
  • Measure and report on agile adoption success and team performance progress to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar agile facilitation/mentoring role.
  • Hands-on experience in coaching organizations within the telecom sector or related industries.
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide agile transformations and improvements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams, utilizing tools like JIRA and Trello.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or similar certifications preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Required: JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred: Confluence, Miro, Collaboration tools (MS Teams/Zoom).
  • Essential frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
  • Preferred familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), LeSS, DevOps principles, and telecom industry standards.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptability to evolving organizational contexts and technological landscapes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple coaching engagements and initiatives effectively.
