Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on coaching to teams and individuals in agile practices
- Facilitate the adoption of agile frameworks and methodologies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build agile capabilities
- Promote metrics and data-driven decision-making to optimize delivery
- Advocate for customer-centric mindsets within teams
- Assist with economic decision-making and facilitate capability estimation
- Support the transition from traditional project management to agile methodologies
- Coach leadership to connect with employees and suppliers
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in Agile transition and coaching
- Proven track record as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures
- Demonstrated leadership ability and motivation in a high-performance culture
- SAFe certification or equivalent agile certification preferred
- Considerable experience managing software delivery and strong IT application development background
