Position

We are expanding our agile teams and are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join the Agile Centre of Enablement (ACoE). This role is essential in guiding and building agile capabilities across the organization, enabling teams to maximize delivered value and transition smoothly to agile methodologies.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)
Work Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on coaching to teams and individuals in agile practices
  • Facilitate the adoption of agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build agile capabilities
  • Promote metrics and data-driven decision-making to optimize delivery
  • Advocate for customer-centric mindsets within teams
  • Assist with economic decision-making and facilitate capability estimation
  • Support the transition from traditional project management to agile methodologies
  • Coach leadership to connect with employees and suppliers

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in Agile transition and coaching
  • Proven track record as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
  • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and motivation in a high-performance culture
  • SAFe certification or equivalent agile certification preferred
  • Considerable experience managing software delivery and strong IT application development background
