The role includes leading Scrum Master interfaces with leadership across Group IT and business to ensure the consistent and efficient delivery of value-based products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach the tribe on excellence in Agile ceremonies and practices.
- Lead the tribe to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor Product Owners in enhancing user story refining, backlog refining, and sprint planning techniques.
- Drive transparency and governance regarding agile maturity for business owners and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and workshops as needed, such as simulations on empirical planning and user story examples.
- Maintain a servant leader mindset and demonstrate leadership capabilities while working with cross-functional distributed teams.
- Assist teams in transitioning from a waterfall to an Agile methodology.
- Conduct a community of practice to improve Agile maturity across the tribe.
- Utilize Application Lifecycle Management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
- Establish effective governance and efficient communication within the tribe.
- Guide on structure and cadence for value-based delivery.
- Help plan the journey and define the roadmap for Agile maturity.
- Collaborate with tribe leadership to gain detailed visibility across the quarterly roadmap.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and product owners to address strategic, tactical, and operational challenges within business units.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree (must include technical aspects such as coding/programming and project management).
- UAE Nationals with 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or an Engineer in an Agile organization.
- Skills in conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, team leadership, analytical thinking, innovation, flexibility, and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior business and IT executives toward Agile transformation.
