Agile Delivery Lead - Infrastructure

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and leading a high-performing multidiscipline team, focusing on enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions. You will perform the role of Scrum Master, guiding the team on Agile practices, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring effective delivery of business value initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog into the Sprint plan, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments to maintain optimal flow.
• Guide the team on Agile/Scrum practices and promote self-organization.
• Assess and coach the Scrum maturity of the team to higher levels at a sustainable pace.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Owners to refine and maintain the product backlog.
• Define and manage Agile Delivery processes and champion ongoing improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done for all stories.

Requirements

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master with at least 3 years of practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in agile delivery within technology change programs.
• Proficiency with software delivery tools (e.g., MS Office suite, JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication skills demonstrating core Scrum values.
