The Agile Delivery Lead performs the role of Scrum Master, leading a high-performing, multi-discipline team and instilling a clear vision. You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating the scrum team(s) to achieve high performance and quality in delivering outputs that provide exceptional value to business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule user stories from the technical product backlog to the Sprint plan
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, removing impediments to ensure optimal flow
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3) in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Project Delivery within IT, particularly with cloud transformation projects
- Certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of practical application of Scrum Management discipline
- Experience in software delivery tools, e.g., JIRA, Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with stakeholders
