In this role, you will:
- Facilitate key ceremonies such as PI Planning and Reviews.
- Play a consultative role in implementing appropriate people, processes, and tools for the Agile framework.
- Coach team members to optimize the efficiency of the Release Train team.
- Act as a champion in blending traditional project management principles with Agile development.
- Build a trusting and safe environment for problem resolution.
- Lead Integrated Programme Planning and support Technical Product Managers.
- Ensure adherence to quality and the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Mentor and develop team members for enhanced collaboration.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- Certified SAFe and PMI-ACP, with 5+ years of practical application of Scrum Management principles.
- Proficiency in software delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow ITBM, JIRA, Confluence).
- Proven experience managing and delivering private cloud infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership skills with extensive experience in large-scale technology change programmes.
- General working knowledge of cybersecurity, including compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS and GDPR.
