As Agile Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure & Cloud, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating scrum teams either within a Release Train or outside to achieve a high level of performance and quality in the delivery of outputs that provide exceptional value to end users and customers, typically handling complex IT infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate key ceremonies such as PI planning and Review, helping to implement the Agile framework.
- Blend traditional project management principles with an Agile development approach based on PMI-ACP principles.
- Create a trusting environment for the team to raise problems without fear of blame.
- Lead Integrated Programme Planning and work with portfolio teams to drive the decomposition of Epic Roadmaps.
- Ensure quality by adhering to the Definition of Done (DOD) and maintaining an agile project management tool.
- Assist in team development through accountability for their commitments and removing work roadblocks.
- Manage expectations and transparency in both product backlog and schedule for all initiatives.
- Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives for Agile Delivery Management.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8+ years of leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix organization for IT infrastructure and cloud transformation projects.
- Certified in SAFe and PMI ACP (additional certifications such as PMI, Prince 2, CSM desirable).
- Strong architectural knowledge of large-scale systems and cloud environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage third-party services.
- Experience with software delivery tools (e.g., ServiceNow ITBM, JIRA, Confluence).
- Hands-on leader with strong people skills.
