The Opportunity:
We are seeking a new Agile Project Manager to oversee our Lending and Growth deliverables. The successful candidate will coordinate and coach our software development team to ensure timely delivery of well-tested product features.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project scope and timelines, breaking these into manageable deliverables for each sprint.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in the practical application of Agile frameworks.
- Lead trading development squads.
- Serve as the point of contact for external communications from customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams towards higher scrum maturity.
- Assist in resolving issues that hinder team performance, manage conflicts, and eliminate obstacles.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Solution Architects, key stakeholders, and Product Owners to manage backlogs and new requests.
- Help software development teams implement agile methodologies while applying effective processes, controls, and frameworks driven by measurable KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
- Experience managing trading development squads.
- Familiarity with Lending and/or Growth-related projects.
- Background in the IT industry, specifically in financial services, Crypto Technologies & Blockchain projects.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Additional certifications in PMP or Agile are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of test-driven agile software development life cycles and methodologies.
- Proficient in Scrum techniques and agile frameworks (such as Crystal and XP).
- Experience setting up and maintaining DevOps CI & CD infrastructure on AWS and on-premise environments is preferred.
