We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager with a strong background in driving automation projects that transform business processes and boost efficiency. This role requires a sharp, collaborative leader to spearhead impactful change across tech-driven initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing: - Leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver automation solutions. - Managing end-to-end project lifecycles with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery. - Collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and business units to define clear goals and success metrics. - Removing roadblocks and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Championing automation best practices and leveraging tools to streamline workflows.

What You Bring: - Proven experience managing Agile projects with a strong emphasis on automation (e.g., RPA, CI/CD, or business process automation). - Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - A proactive mindset with the ability to drive initiatives forward in fast-paced environments. - Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or SAFe are a significant plus.
