Agile Project Manager

As an Agile Project Manager, your role will be crucial in helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality. You will be responsible for holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members. You will define the project's schedule and scope while balancing it with timely and regular value deliveries. Organizing and leading working and project status meetings will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your key objectives will include delivering Agile projects that provide outstanding business value to users and supporting the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage customer expectations for deliverables and implement an effective project governance system. Promoting team empowerment through team building techniques will be essential, ensuring that each team member makes a meaningful contribution and remains fully engaged in the project.
