Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven technical leadership experience with a strong foundation in software development and systems architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in estimation techniques, including effort sizing, sprint planning, release planning, and capacity forecasting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Banking sector and broader BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry, including regulatory standards, core banking systems, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience working with global customers, managing cross-cultural communication and aligning delivery with international standards.
- Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders, present complex technical concepts clearly, and influence strategic decisions.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, with a track record of serving as a role model and fostering high-performance teams.
- Proven ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and organizational levels.
- Consistently deliver results with accountability, even under tight deadlines and ambiguous or evolving requirements.
- Willingness to confront difficult issues, drive resolution, and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.

- Foster a culture where Scrum teams can thrive, innovate, and take ownership of their work.
- Ensure that Agile principles and values are not only understood but consistently enacted across projects and initiatives.
- Support and enforce team working agreements, ensuring clarity, transparency, and mutual respect.
- Facilitate the teams progress toward achieving short-term deliverables and long-term strategic goals.
- Lead relentless improvement efforts, promoting retrospectives, Kaizen events, and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with product owners, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and manage scope effectively.
- Champion technical excellence and ensure that quality, scalability, and maintainability are integral to all deliverables.
