We are seeking a client-focused AI Adoption and Change Management Consultant to lead and support the people, process, and organizational dimensions of AI-enabled transformation programs, particularly focusing on Microsoft Copilot and related solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with government entities, public-sector organizations, and enterprise clients in the UAE to assess readiness, engage stakeholders, develop change and adoption strategies, and drive sustained usage of implemented solutions. This mid-level consulting role requires approximately five years of relevant experience and the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and user communities.

AI and Microsoft Copilot Adoption
- Develop and execute structured adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, AI agents, intelligent automation, and other AI-enabled workplace solutions.
- Translate technical capabilities into practical, role-based business scenarios for employees, managers, and functional teams.
- Conduct discovery interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and barriers to adoption.
- Identify priority user groups and develop end-to-end adoption roadmaps covering awareness, readiness, pilot preparation, and enterprise deployment.
- Design and establish champion networks and peer-learning programs to promote sustained adoption.
- Plan and facilitate adoption campaigns, innovation challenges, and user-engagement activities.
- Support responsible and effective use of generative AI and related technologies.
Organizational Change Management
- Apply recognized change management methodologies, such as the Prosci methodology and ADKAR model.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop integrated change management plans.
- Identify factors affecting the success of technology transformation programs and develop targeted change interventions.
- Coach executive sponsors and program leaders in communicating the purpose and value of AI transformation initiatives.
- Track change-related risks and stakeholder concerns throughout the engagement.
Training, Learning, and User Enablement
- Design structured learning programs for Microsoft Copilot and related technologies, including role-based learning journeys.
- Create high-quality instructional content and deliver engaging training sessions in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate training schedules and communications, ensuring accurate representation of implemented solutions.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build effective relationships with executives, business leaders, and end users.
- Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
Adoption Measurement and Continuous Improvement
- Define adoption objectives and track indicators like active usage and user satisfaction.
- Develop adoption dashboards and progress reports, and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or human resources.
- Approximately four to six years of experience in organizational change management or technology adoption.
- Prosci Change Management certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Prosci methodology and demonstrated experience in technology-enabled transformation programs.
- Fluent in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Must currently be based in the UAE or have clear eligibility to work there.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience with system integrators or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and understanding of AI-related solutions.
