Responsibilities
- Lead Change Management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during digital transformations.
- Utilize Change Management methodologies such as ADKAR and Prosci to develop and implement strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations tailored for non-technical users to explain AI concepts.
- Collaborate with teams to adopt and integrate technologies like Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and Generative AI.
- Stay current with trends in Digital Workplace technologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in Change Management or related fields.
- Profound understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to articulate AI concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Mandatory).
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate/work in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Prosci certification is essential.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and AI adoption programs.
- Experience in the UAE government/public sector is advantageous.
