Responsibilities
Here, you'll be deeply involved in the entire journey of an enterprise AI product — from idea to launch:
- Drive AI Agent product planning and design: shape core capabilities such as agent building from 0 to 1, turning cutting-edge technology into a genuinely usable product experience;
- Uncover the real needs of enterprise users: distill users' core pain points through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights, and drive them into the product;
- Build and continuously refine the evaluation system: create AI capability evaluation sets, keep track of product effectiveness and model performance, and use data to drive the iteration of both capability and experience;
- Explore AI application innovation: stay on top of industry trends and experiment with new approaches in office automation, knowledge management, content generation, and more — turning good ideas into real features.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; majors such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Management preferred (strong hands-on AI experience from non-CS backgrounds is equally welcome);
- Clear logical thinking, self-driven, and user-value oriented; able to think from the user's perspective to solve problems, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills;
- Genuine passion for AI products and a habit of following the latest developments in the LLM / Agent space.
Preferred Qualification
- Relevant internship or project experience in AI products;
- Familiar with AI / Agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Coze; hands-on experience building agents or AI applications, along with demos or a portfolio.
