AI Agents Solutions Architect - Compliance

Our Global Compliance team is the regulatory backbone of one of the world’s most trusted crypto exchanges, dealing with AML/KYC, sanctions, financial crime, regulatory affairs, and compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary architect and builder of AI-powered solutions within the company Compliance team.
• Design and deploy AI-powered Compliance solutions, including building agentic workflows that take real actions in Compliance processes.
• Implement scalable, automated analytics solutions that provide risk insights for Compliance leadership and regulators.
• Ensure all automations comply with data classification requirements and regulatory obligations, including GDPR.
• Maintain governance and risk for Compliance AI systems by classifying projects by risk tier and managing documentation and audit trails.
• Train Compliance team members on AI-assisted tools and workflows.
• Track and report on automation impact related to Compliance processes.

Skills You Should HODL:

• 8+ years of experience in Compliance operations, financial crime, regulatory technology, or a related technical role.
• Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools, demonstrated experience in design and deployment of AI solutions.
• Deep working knowledge of anti-financial crime regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI tooling stack (e.g., n8n, Python, Claude API).
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with clear communication skills.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
