About the Job:
Join the company as an AI Agents Solutions Architect in Finance, a pivotal role in building an AI-native finance operating system. The company Global Finance team serves as the operational backbone of one of the world's most trusted crypto exchanges, managing financial infrastructure across multiple regulated entities. This position will involve both the immediate deployment of production automation and a long-term redesign of financial architecture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and mapping finance operations to identify capability gaps and manual bottlenecks.
• Designing a scalable architecture for finance operations that integrates automation and reduces manual intervention.
• Developing production-grade workflows that automate various finance operations, such as reconciliations, treasury monitoring, and reporting preparation.

You will work with modern AI tools and frameworks to build and deploy these systems, establish governance for finance automation, and create reusable frameworks and templates for future finance team members.

Skills You Should HODL:

• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and scaling AI systems in production environments.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, especially in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with modern automation tools and a track record of delivering operational solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge finance and technical teams.

Language Requirements:
