As an AI Agents Solutions Architect within the company People team, you will be responsible for the primary architecture and development of AI-powered HR solutions. This role encompasses opportunity identification, solution design, deployment, governance, and ensuring the People team can maintain and extend these solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions.
  • Build agentic workflows using technologies such as n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP to automate HR processes.
  • Develop multi-agent systems that integrate fragmented HR tools into cohesive workflows.
  • Ensure all automations comply with data classification requirements for employee PII and privacy obligations.
  • Document workflows and train the People team to use AI-assisted tools effectively.
  • Report on automation impact metrics such as hours eliminated and error rates reduced.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML-powered applications.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related technical roles.
  • Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, specifically Workday.
  • Proficiency with tools like n8n, Python, and Claude API; experience connecting HR systems via API is essential.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience handling employee data compliance.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial, as the company team members speak over 50 languages globally.
