AI and Automation Architect (Integrating SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink, and ServiceNow)

We are seeking an Expert AI and Automation Architect with over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing AI and automation frameworks across enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integrating AI-driven automation within monitoring and service management platforms, specifically SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink, and ServiceNow. This role demands a forward-thinking individual who can leverage AI to enhance IT operations, automate routine tasks, and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven automation frameworks integrated with relevant platforms.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of AI-driven automation tools and customize AI models and workflows.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation to support predictive analytics and real-time data processing.
• Enhance monitoring capabilities and optimize IT service management processes using AI-driven insights.
• Develop and enforce best practices for AI and automation across IT operations.
• Provide expert-level support for AI and automation-related incidents and document the frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years focused on AI and automation architecture, design, management, and integration.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI-driven automation tools and platforms.
• Proven track record in integrating AI and automation solutions with monitoring and service management platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, and automation are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting languages for AI and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud-native solutions and RESTful APIs for developing custom integrations.
