As an AI Architect, you will achieve the following:
- Design and implement secure, scalable AI architectures to accelerate business outcomes through running proofs of value.
- Drive end-to-end AI software deployment processes and enable customer engineering teams to support and extend solutions post-handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, configuring, and implementing AI solution stacks, with shared responsibility for production readiness and stability, including monitoring and performance optimization.
- Selecting practical tools to avoid tooling sprawl, delivering prototypes tied to clear success metrics, and leading PoV sprints.
- Planning and executing migration patterns for AI workloads on the company's infrastructure, ensuring performance and security.
- Collaborating closely with AI Data Specialists, AI Strategists, and Enterprise Architects to align technical scope with business objectives.
- Providing documentation and knowledge transfer to customer teams, contributing to the company's AI Factory reference architectures, and mentoring team members on AI architecture patterns and responsible AI practices.
Essential Requirements include:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI/ML platforms, or systems engineering in large enterprises.
- Hands-on experience with AI solution components, modern software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, etc.), and delivering production AI in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of production systems with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Travel to customer sites and the company's locations as required.
Desirable Requirements include:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
- Familiarity with deploying AI solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, understanding of security and governance, and modern cloud/data/ML tooling.
- Experience with GenAI or RAG-style solutions and leading technical teams in customer projects.
