As an AI Architect within the Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) Unit at the company, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader designed to create and implement AI and GenAI solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement secure, scalable AI solution architectures, managing proofs of value to enhance business outcomes.
- Lead PoV sprints by refining scope, building and iterating on solutions, and presenting outcomes to stakeholders.
- Plan and execute migrations for AI workloads across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with AI Data Specialists to establish AI-ready data pipelines and work with AI Strategists and Enterprise Architects to align technical requirements with business goals.
- Provide documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to customer teams and contribute to the company's AI Factory reference architectures, mentoring colleagues on AI architecture and practices.
Essential Requirements:
- Typically, 6+ years in enterprise architecture, AI/ML platforms, or systems engineering.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI solution components, along with a strong foundation in modern software engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps).
- Experience in delivering production AI or large-scale distributed systems in enterprise environments.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to customer and company locations as required.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience deploying AI solutions across various environments and familiarity with AI security, privacy, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI or RAG-style solutions and experience leading small technical teams in customer-facing projects.
