Responsibilities
The AI Associate is responsible for supporting AI initiatives by assisting with data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science, data science, or a related field, and a passion for AI technology. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI development and contribute to innovative projects.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data for AI and machine learning projects.
- Assist in the creation and management of data pipelines and workflows.
- Support the training, evaluation, and optimization of AI models.
- Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to develop and test algorithms and models.
- Assist in the deployment of AI models into production environments.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science projects (internships and academic projects are acceptable).
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
