AI Associate

The AI Associate at the company will support the development and implementation of AI solutions. This role requires a foundational understanding of AI and machine learning principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of AI scientists and engineers. The AI Associate will assist in various stages of AI projects, from data preparation to model deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for AI and machine learning projects.
• Assist in the creation and management of data pipelines and workflows.
• Support the training, evaluation, and optimization of AI models.
• Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to develop and test algorithms and models.
• Assist in the deployment of AI models into production environments.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure performance and accuracy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science projects (internships and academic projects are acceptable).
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
