Job Descriptions:

• Business Analysis Deliverables:
  • Business Requirements Document (BRD): Business needs, goals, expected ROI, and KPIs.
  • Functional Specification Document (FSD): Functional and non-functional requirements, reasoning flows, and integration points.
  • Use Case Narratives: Structured inputs, outputs, and interactions between human users, LLMs, and agents.
  • Process Mapping & Impact Analysis: Integration of GenAI/Agentic AI into existing workflows.
  • Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM): Linking requirements through architecture, testing, and acceptance.
