AI Business Analyst and Solution Architect

We have an immediate job opportunity for the position of AI Business Analyst & Solution Architect. The role involves engaging with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases, value drivers, and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include translating business problems into AI-ready functional requirements, defining business KPIs, leading process re-engineering with AI/automation opportunities, and conducting impact analysis for AI initiatives.

Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Techno-Functional Consultant, or Solution Analyst.

Required Skills:

• Exposure to AI/ML architecture and deployment patterns.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals: supervised vs unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Proven experience in translating business needs into AI and data-driven solutions.
• Strong requirements management skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria).

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
