About the Role
We are seeking an AI Consultant to help enterprises identify, design, and launch high-value AI agents with measurable outcomes. This role is pivotal, sitting at the intersection of business consulting, AI strategy, and solution design. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, driving their AI strategies, creating AI adoption roadmaps, and designing AI agent concepts and specifications. Collaboration will be key, as you will work cross-functionally with AI engineers, product teams, solution engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure that AI agents are deployed, scaled, and delivering high ROI to customers' businesses. This position is based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to develop AI adoption roadmaps and identify potential AI use cases.
- Gain a deep understanding of each customer's domain and business processes to prioritize impactful AI use cases based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Translate business problems and opportunities into solution concepts, requirements, and implementation proposals, including success metrics and guidelines.
- Design AI agent solutions and redesign workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks while unlocking new possibilities.
- Define integration methods for AI agents with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, SaaS applications, APIs, and workflows.
- Prepare agent specifications and solution documentation to enable successful implementation by delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams throughout pre-sales, implementation, and adoption phases.
- Support customer presentations and executive discussions surrounding AI strategy.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, agentic AI trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong skills in business analysis, process design, value mapping, and discovery.
- Familiarity with modern LLMs, AI agent architecture, and business process automation, as well as comfort with APIs and integrations.
- Experience in Solution Consulting, AI Consulting, Solution Implementation, Business Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience designing or launching AI-powered solutions or AI agents.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into solution designs.
- Experience interacting with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and systems thinking.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
