Position

About the role
Bring the discipline of a production line to generative AI content. You will design, build, and run the workflows that connect insight, concept, prompt, image, video, and edit into one system. This allows the studio and brand teams to move from brief to finished, on-brand content faster, at volume, without losing quality. You will make content too, but the workflow will be king, not the tools or any single piece of output. Tools will be nodes inside the system, and those nodes change every few months. Your job will be to keep the system sharp as they do. This role is focused on system building first, and content creation second.

Your work will fall into two pillars:

  • Core workflow:
    • Designing, documenting, and maintaining the studio's end-to-end AI content pipeline, and building playbooks that enable another market to run it independently.
  • Producing short-form social, digital, and brand content for various brands using the pipeline you own to identify areas for improvement in the workflow.

Your responsibilities
Workflow and system design

  • Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end AI content pipeline, ensuring every step is outlined with inputs, outputs, and pass marks.
  • Transform what works into replicable playbooks, including prompt libraries, brand rules, character, pack and product references, model routing rules, and quality checklists.
  • Ensure workflow governance, quality control, and reliability are integral to the system, incorporating brand rules, product accuracy, and legal constraints.

Scale and multiplication

  • Implement batch generation, variant multiplication, and versioning so that one winning asset can become multiple platform edits, language variations, seasonal adaptations, and retail-media versions.
  • Develop frameworks applicable across multiple brands, markets, and channels rather than creating one-off pipelines per campaign.

Content production

  • Translate briefs and storyboards into AI-generated images, video sequences, and visual concepts that comply with brand rules, product accuracy, and cultural relevance for the KSA, UAE, and wider GCC.
  • Write and refine prompts for consistent representation of characters, environments, products, and visual styles across batches.
  • Combine AI output with editing, sound, motion, and conventional production to produce finished, publishable quality content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

Tool evaluation and innovation

  • Continuously track the generative AI landscape and assess new models and tools against capability standards, making adjustments to nodes without disrupting the workflow.
  • Test new capabilities and provide structured feedback on their effectiveness, cost, and limitations.

Enablement and transfer

  • Own technical documentation, playbooks, and training materials for brand and content teams.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and office hours during workflow rollout and assist other markets in adopting these practices.
  • Serve as the studio's authority on the current capabilities of generative AI, clearly communicating with marketers and leadership in accessible language.

The experience we're looking for
Workflow thinking matters more than familiarity with any specific tool and more than raw creative talent.

  • Direct, production-level GenAI experience: hands-on with current image and video tools (such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, FLUX, ElevenLabs). You should be able to explain the strengths, limitations, and costs of each and when to choose one over another.
  • Systems thinking: you should have built or run a repeatable AI content process, thinking about how one step's output becomes the next step's input and ensuring subsequent runs are faster than the first.
  • Technical literacy: while this is not an engineering role, you should be comfortable with prompt libraries, reference management, batch and API-driven generation, as well as automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, etc., and working with LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT. Light scripting skills are a plus but not required.
  • Consistency as a technical challenge: you should understand the methods that maintain coherence across characters, products, packs, and environments across numerous outputs.
  • Creative foundation: possess skills in storytelling, composition, cinematography, and editing (using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop), and maintain a clear understanding of what platform-native content means for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and retail media.
  • Diagnostic ability: capable of analyzing AI output to identify why it may not meet expectations and determining which step in the process produced the fault.
  • Plain-language communication: proficient in explaining technical concepts such as model limitations, workflow trade-offs, or cost decisions to brand managers without resorting to jargon, and enjoy doing so.
  • Experience: three to six years in content production, creative technology, digital media, or a related field. Experience in regional markets and proficiency in Arabic are strong advantages.

The skills for success

  • You see inconsistent output as a process issue to address, rather than a singularly flawed generation.
  • You are motivated by the challenge of designing models that adhere to brand guidelines and accurately replicate pack shots repeatedly.
  • You prefer to create playbooks that empower others to craft content rather than being the sole content creator.
  • You aim to set new standards for content production within a global consumer company rather than merely utilizing existing tools.
