AI Cybersecurity Governance Lead/Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Cybersecurity Governance professional to design and implement governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for AI/ML systems within a banking environment. The role focuses on ensuring the secure, compliant, and responsible use of AI in alignment with global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act and CBUAE AI Guidelines
• Establish and manage Model Risk Management (MRM) policies for AI/ML models, including Generative AI
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for AI/ML infrastructure and applications
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce AI governance and security standards

Key Requirements:

• 10–12 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance / GRC
• Experience in AI/ML risk, model governance, or emerging technology risk
• Good understanding of AI regulations (EU AI Act, CBUAE guidelines)
• Certifications (Preferred): CISSP or CISM, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer (AI Management Systems), Relevant AI/ML or cybersecurity certifications
