Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions with Business and Product teams to extract core objectives and decompose them into precise technical specifications, user stories, and architectural requirements for engineering teams.
- Devise and manage multi-quarter roadmaps, establishing clear RACI matrices and communication cadences to keep stakeholders aligned across the organization.
- Leverage your background in SOC/NOC environments to ensure all AI deployments are "production-ready," focusing on observability, incident response protocols, and security compliance.
- Navigate the complexities of financial services, including regulatory compliance, data privacy (PII), and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Oversee the delivery of AI-powered features, ensuring that model deployment, monitoring, and feedback loops are integrated into the broader application lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership, managing expectations and providing transparent reporting on delivery risks and milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the security and compliance rigors associated with banking tech.
- A proven track record of leading complex delivery programs for cloud-based Web or Mobile applications.
- Direct experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) or NOC (Network Operations Center) workflows is preferred, ensuring uptime and security are built-in.
- A solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure or AWS), specifically how modern applications consume AI services.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex technical trade-offs (e.g., latency vs. accuracy in AI) to non-technical business partners.
- Experience leading teams through the cultural shift of adopting AI-driven workflows.
