As an AI Developer, you will be part of a purposeful team committed to shaping the world through trust and integrity in dynamic businesses and communities. You will have the opportunity to expand your horizons, be inspired, and tackle challenges while being yourself.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage Copilot's code generation capabilities to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Research and develop innovative AI solutions to address various business problems utilizing natural language processing, computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Design and implement scalable AI pipelines, frameworks, and models capable of managing large volumes of data from diverse sources and formats.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI solutions using relevant metrics and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematical Modeling, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Python (essential for AI development) and experience in Java or C++ for performance-critical tasks.
- Strong understanding of common machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text processing and machine translation.
- Familiarity with AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
- Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Proficiency using Git for version control and familiarity with GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and scaling AI models is a plus.
- Ability to convert AI/ML models into APIs for other developers to utilize.
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and statistics, along with software development best practices including object-oriented programming and API development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and development.
