What You Will Do
- Build and improve prompts, tools, and model calls that facilitate the transformation of business owners' descriptions into plans, screens, and data within the company Studio.
- Develop automated evaluations to measure the quality of plans and systems generated by the AI prior to each release.
- Compare large language models (LLMs) based on quality, speed, and cost, providing recommendations for the most suitable model for each application process.
- Implement and refine checks on the AI's output to ensure optimal quality before reaching end-users.
- Write tests for your code and conduct code reviews for your colleagues.
What We Need
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
- At least 3 years of software development experience, including a minimum of 1 year working with large language models (LLMs).
- Proficient in TypeScript or Python.
- Ability to communicate in Arabic or English, with proficiency in both being a plus.
Pay and Terms
- Competitive total monthly salary ranging from SAR 18,000 to 26,000 (including basic salary and allowances), depending on experience.
- Full-time, on-site position at our Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave according to Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration as mandated by Saudi law.
Selection Process
- We strive to respond to all applications within 7 days.
- Initial video call lasting 30 minutes discussing the role and the company Studio application, allowing us to understand your perspective on the app and address your questions.
- For shortlisted candidates, a 30-minute AI-output review exercise utilizing the company Studio on a provided test account.
- Final interview conducted in Riyadh, with notifications sent to every interviewed candidate regarding the outcome within 30 days of their interview.
