Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI Copilots and Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI services.
- Implement conversational and task-oriented workflows for healthcare use cases such as patient data retrieval, report summarization, and administrative automation.
- Integrate Copilot capabilities with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and external APIs to create seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to define intents, entities, and workflows aligned with business requirements.
- Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, and related frameworks.
- Optimize agent performance, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Copilot solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of software development experience including at least 1 year hands-on with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents) and Azure Cognitive Services.
- Proven experience integrating AI chat solutions into Microsoft 365, Teams, or custom web applications.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and knowledge grounding techniques.
- Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Familiarity with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, Graph API, and data connectors.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- Experience with Copilot Studio custom plugins and Power Fx scripting.
- Background in healthcare technology or regulated environments.
