Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of production AI and Generative AI solutions, from design to deployment.
- Build, train and fine-tune LLMs, including evaluation, optimization, and lifecycle management.
- Develop agentic workflows and AI-driven automation for enterprise use cases.
- Deliver Document AI and OCR solutions for finance, legal, and contract processing.
- Engineer scalable AI applications using strong software engineering practices and APIs.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms (primarily Azure) with security and governance.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate real-world problems into AI solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with proven exposure to production AI systems.
- Demonstrated experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT), not limited to prompt engineering.
- Strong software engineering foundation, including Python, APIs, microservices, and production-grade coding practices.
- Experience delivering AI solutions to production, including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management (MLOps).
- Practical exposure to document AI / OCR, agentic workflows, or enterprise automation use cases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP acceptable) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
