As an AI Engineer in Client Engineering, you’ll develop trusted relationships, working with clients and colleagues to shape the future of their technology landscape. This includes creating pilots for clients and contributing to IBM’s story of growth and technology innovation. Your responsibilities will involve developing pilots to validate proposed AI solutions, collaborating with development teams to implement and iterate on these pilots, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Pilot Development: Develop pilots to validate and highlight the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions.
- Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery of AI and Automation solutions.
- Customer Engagement and Support: Act as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and providing technical support during the pilot deployment phase.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Technical Skills: Completed technical degree; excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English and local language.
- Analytical Skills: Focused on using data for decision-making and achieving positive business outcomes.
- Collaboration: A team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work across multiple functions and levels within IBM.
Preferred Experience
- First experience with Sales and/or IT is advantageous.
Travel Required
Up to 20% or 1 day a week.
