As an AI Engineer in Client Engineering, you will develop trusted relationships and work with clients and colleagues to shape the future of their technology landscape. You will create 4-6 week pilots for clients and contribute to IBM’s story of growth and technology innovation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pilot Development: Developing pilots to validate and highlight the feasibility of proposed AI solutions, collaborating with development teams to implement and iterate on these pilots.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Working with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers and project managers, to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery of AI and Automation solutions.
  • Customer Engagement and Support: Acting as a technical point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and providing technical support during the pilot deployment phase.
  • Industry Trends and Innovation: Staying current with the latest trends and evaluating emerging technologies for potential impact on solution design.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Technical Education: Completed technical degree such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Communication and Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English and local language is requested.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working across multiple functions and levels.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • First experience with Sales and/or IT.
  • A dynamic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individual with a profound passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data, specializing in IBM’s solutions portfolio.
