Responsibilities:
- Own the entire analytics value-chain: framing business challenges, designing algorithms, deploying scalable solutions, and empowering colleagues and clients to embrace AI.
- Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities, write papers, and represent the company at conferences.
- Collaborate with clients across various industries to design and deploy innovative AI solutions.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants in software development best practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
Qualifications:
- Passion for software development, large-scale data analytics, and transforming organizations into AI-driven companies.
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
- Experience in software development practices and standards to create robust and maintainable software.
- Enjoy teamwork and collaboration to share ideas on software design and solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset and intellectual curiosity across varied industries.
