AI Engineering Manager - AI Hub

About The Role:
We are looking for an AI Engineering Manager to join our AI Hub in Dubai. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build AI and Generative AI prototypes (POCs, MVPs) and lead a team of engineers to bring ideas to life. You will work on real client problems, using AI to automate processes, cut costs, and enhance efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and deliver AI POCs and MVPs that showcase real value for clients.
• Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team (Dubai, Jordan, Egypt, and beyond).
• Build solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, and modern ML frameworks.
• Ensure robust delivery with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Work closely with clients and business teams to shape use cases and solutions.
• Drive innovation in the AI Hub and stay ahead of new tools and trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in AI/ML development with real-world projects.
• Hands-on skills in Python, FastAPI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LLM toolkits (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph).
• Background in data engineering and cloud (Databricks, ETL, AWS or GCP).
• Track record of leading teams and delivering in fast-changing environments.
• Clear communicator with client-facing experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (advanced degree is a plus).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Built voice-first AI, ASR/TTS systems, or streaming solutions.
• Worked in start-ups or innovation hubs.
• ML certifications (e.g., Databricks, GCP).
