Job Description
Role Profile:
AI Experience Designer (UI/UX) is responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences for AI-powered applications that align with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and interface designs that optimize usability and engagement
- Design and maintain UI components and design systems for consistent user experiences across AI products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure precise implementation of design specifications
- Advocate accessibility and responsive design best practices across platforms and devices
- Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback to continuously refine and enhance design solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for data-driven or AI-based digital products
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Strong understanding of UX research methods, accessibility standards, and design systems
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with product managers and engineers
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS principles and how design integrates into frontend development
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
