You will own the standard-setting, testing, and independent verification of AI agent safety, quality, and compliance as our agent fleet grows. Your main responsibilities include defining what "safe, correct, and compliant" means, testing for it independently, and scaling that testing as the number of agents increases.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Safety: Architect adversarial payload libraries and establish red-teaming frameworks for Engineering teams. Author reusable red-teaming libraries covering vulnerabilities for LLM Applications.
- Quality: Build testing policies, bias assessment templates, and integrate evaluation methodologies into CI/CD pipelines.
- Compliance & Brand Success: Translate regulatory obligations into actionable technical checklists for Engineering teams and provide frameworks for auditability.
- Governance Intelligence: Maintain oversight of AI products through automated monitoring and conduct maturity assessments against global frameworks.
Your Profile:
- Extensive experience in building and testing systems related to safety, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Experience in red-teaming or adversarial testing of LLM applications.
- Proficiency in coding (Python preferred) to automate governance-related tasks.
