The Team
You will be part of a small, cross-functional group that works collaboratively to build and maintain an AI-native growth platform. This system is designed to automate operations in a regulated environment, ensuring compliance through built-in checks and balances. You will have opportunities to learn from engineers, product managers, and operators while contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly test the platform, focusing on new releases, rule changes, edge cases, and regression testing to confirm that existing features continue to function properly.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, providing clear reproduction steps, severity assessments, and impact analyses, ensuring that fixes are verified upon completion.
  • Monitor platform performance and agent activities, escalating any discrepancies to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage daily approval queues, ensuring that all items are reviewed swiftly and nothing is overlooked.
  • Assess agent outputs against established standards and checklists, flagging any unclear or risky outputs for escalation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.

What You Bring

  • Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, preferably in a software or complex systems environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring rigorous accuracy in your work.
  • A structured approach to testing, including the ability to create test plans and anticipate potential issues.
  • Strong written communication skills, enabling you to produce clear and understandable bug reports and documentation.
  • Comfort with data; the ability to interpret dashboards and identify anomalies.
  • Fast learning capabilities with new tools and systems, combined with the willingness to ask insightful questions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity about improving outputs from AI systems.
  • Reliability in routine management, maintaining clear queues, and communicating effectively when issues arise.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience testing software products or tools based on AI and large language models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Mixpanel, or similar software.
  • Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows.
  • Interest in the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.

Benefits and Commitment
