Total Annual Package: Up to USD $88,000 + comprehensive benefits (Base salary + monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of base)

Growth path: From AI Image Specialist → AI Creative Lead. What takes 4-5 years elsewhere happens in 1-2 here.
We've been AI-first since December 2023: GPT Image and Nano Banana Pro are part of the working creative stack, and AI-generated imagery is used in live production work rather than kept to internal tests. You'd be building on a foundation, not evangelizing one.
This position is remote, with the option to work from our Dubai office (with 0% income tax), if preferred (relocation and visa sponsorship support available).
Role Overview
As an AI Image Specialist, you will own AI image generation for the company. This includes creating photorealistic hero, lifestyle, and advertising imagery for ecommerce and marketing. Your responsibilities will encompass developing prompting approaches, reference workflows, and production standards and applying UI/UX design to the layouts that the imagery inhabits, all while reporting directly to the UX/UI Design Lead.
Your primary goal is to ensure that AI generation provides consistency at a brand standard, meaning not only creating strong images but ensuring they meet rigorous standards every time. You’ll also elevate the capabilities of the broader Design team through developing best practices and quality standards that enhance overall output.
The Problems You'll Own:
- Primary: Consistency at brand standard: Ensuring that every hero, lifestyle, and advertising image produced consistently meets brand standards, rendering the company’s product accurately within a fully generated environment.
- Secondary: Elevate team output: Establishing best practices and reusable workflows that empower the entire Design team to achieve comparable standards.
The Career Accelerator
In this role, you will not just iterate on existing prompts but take charge of creating and defining the prompting approaches, workflows, and standards across the design team, with a direct line of communication to the UX/UI Design Lead.
Your first 12 months will include building AI-assisted workflows that focus on photorealism and product accuracy. You will develop reusable prompting approaches and production standards, apply UI/UX design principles to ecommerce layouts, and evaluate new tools and models for adoption.

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you should provide an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency in commercial AI-generated imagery, especially focusing on photorealistic product and lifestyle visuals. Also, showcase UI/UX design capabilities related to effective page layouts and user experiences.
AI generation and editing
- Advanced proficiency with ChatGPT Images / GPT Image models.
- Advanced proficiency with Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image).
- Strong knowledge of additional generative-image platforms (Midjourney, FLUX, etc.).
- Extensive experience in prompt engineering and visual prompting.
Craft and production
- Ability to preserve product fidelity in generated environments.
- Systematic production capabilities to reproduce winning outputs consistently.
- Advanced Photoshop skills for compositing and retouching AI outputs.
UI/UX design
- Hands-on UI/UX design experience, focusing on image performance within live interfaces.
- Knowledge of layout behaviors, ensuring legibility and usability across all breakpoints.
- Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines.
Commercial output
- Ability to deliver images aligning with marketing objectives based on creative briefs.
- Strong commercial judgment to guide outputs towards achieving stated goals.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in DTC/ecommerce, particularly creating performance-marketing imagery.
- Background in photography, CGI, or 3D with understanding of lighting and composition.
- Experience in building and sharing AI creative workflows.
