AI / ML Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a new talent to join the AI & Data team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project 12050281 QCB Data Mgmt Prg - Phase 3. Your role as an AI / ML Engineer will involve developing applications and systems that utilize artificial intelligence tools and cloud artificial intelligence services, ensuring proper cloud or on-premises application pipelines with production-ready quality. This role will require applying generative artificial intelligence models as part of the solution, which may include deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable artificial intelligence solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into broader system architectures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing model performance and application effectiveness.
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies to maintain innovation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Machine Learning (ML) is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Foundation Model Fine Tuning, Foundation Models, and Database Architecture is suggested.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
