Core Responsibilities:
- System Architecture & Design: Define high-level system structures, API contracts, and data models, guiding AI tools in their implementation.
- Context Engineering & Specification Writing: Author rigorous technical specifications and context rules for AI agents to produce deterministic outputs.
- RAG Pipeline Design: Architect end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, documenting strategies for data ingestion and relevance evaluation.
- Agentic Workflow Management: Build and operate agent harnesses using orchestration frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
- Human-in-the-Loop Validation: Design HITL gates for agent operations, determining when to automate and when human intervention is required.
- Code Review: Review AI-generated code for security, performance, and integration with architectural standards before production deployment.
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong mastery of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems).
- Exceptional ability to read and critique AI-generated code across multiple programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration pipelines and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
- Practical experience in RAG pipeline design and retrieval quality evaluation.
- Advanced experience with AI-native IDEs and command-line tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-native deployments and RESTful API design.
- Strong experience in writing automated test suites to validate AI-generated logic in CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience integrating with enterprise HR or ERP platforms in an API context.
- Familiarity with machine learning, model fine-tuning, and MLOps deployment.
- Understanding of enterprise identity providers and secure token handling.
- A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing projects developed with agentic or specification-driven methodologies.
