As an AI Native Engineer, you will have a strong foundation in building cloud-native solutions and hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic systems, particularly within enterprise environments. You will act as both a technologist and trusted advisor, partnering with client stakeholders to define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy robust and secure agentic workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents incorporating retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
- Implement resilient, testable, and maintainable workflows that can be iterated quickly.
- Develop and extend abstraction layers across AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for seamless integration.
- Tailor and deploy agentic applications across various verticals (finance, healthcare, retail), working closely with client SMEs.
- Participate in design workshops, POCs, and coding sessions to shape data-driven workflows and foster stakeholder trust.
- Measure and improve agent performance using key metrics, test harnesses, and iterative feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
- Familiarity with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and building multi-provider pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or equivalent, with experience in building 12-factor applications and Infrastructure as Code.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing communication and collaboration.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
