You are:
An AI Native Engineer with a strong foundation in building cloud-native solutions and hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic systems, especially for enterprise environments. You're a critical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, delivering concrete results by designing, building, and running AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure. You'll shape how enterprises adopt AI-native engineering - either by leading complex agentic solutions and developing engineering talent, or by owning critical technical areas end-to-end as a senior individual contributor.
The Work:
- Partner directly with client stakeholders as both technologist and trusted advisor.
- Define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy robust and secure agentic workflows in complex enterprise domains.
- Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents incorporating retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, and lifecycle observability.
- Implement resilient, testable, and maintainable agentic workflows that can be iterated quickly.
- Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration and multi-provider enablement.
- Leverage containerization, microservices, serverless, and CI/CD to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
- Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals adapting to domain-specific processes.
- Participate in design workshops and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Define key metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, and cost-effectiveness.
Here’s What You Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in designing and deploying agentic solutions in production environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with modern AI platforms — OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source models.
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or equivalent.
- Experience in client-facing communication and collaboration, leading technical discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Relevant AI certifications or tooling experience.
- Experience in enterprise environments as an AI Engineer.
- Familiarity with building multi-agent orchestrations or frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-native paradigms and delivery across multiple industries.
Language Requirements:
English proficiency is preferred, additional languages may be a plus.
Travel:
Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 75% depending on business needs and client requirements.
