As an AI Native Engineer, you will leverage your strong foundation in building cloud-native solutions and hands-on experience in designing and deploying agentic systems, especially in enterprise environments. You are a critical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, delivering concrete results by designing, building, and running AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure.
You will shape how enterprises adopt AI-native engineering by either leading complex agentic solutions and developing engineering talent or owning critical technical areas end-to-end as a senior individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
- Partner directly with client stakeholders, acting as both technologist and trusted advisor.
- Define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy robust, secure agentic workflows in complex enterprise domains.

Agent Architecture & Engineering:
- Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents with various functionalities.
- Implement resilient, testable, and maintainable agentic workflows.

AI Platform Integration:
- Develop/extend abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.

Cloud-Native Engineering:
- Utilize containerization, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures to deliver scalable solutions.
- Own deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production.

Domain-Specific Workflows:
- Tailor agentic applications across verticals and adapt to domain-specific processes.

Measure & Improve:
- Define and use key metrics to measure agent accuracy and iterate based on feedback.

Knowledge Sharing:
- Craft reusable patterns and documentation that influence internal assets and client roadmaps.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic solutions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with modern AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or equivalent.
- Experience in client-facing communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Relevant AI certifications or experience with agentic tooling.
- Experience in enterprise environments as an Agentic / AI Engineer.
- Experience building multi-agent orchestrations.
- Additional AI certifications or familiarity with frameworks.
- Experience defining or working with enterprise-grade architectures for AI systems.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant projects (e.g., GitHub repo with agent/plugins).
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Travel Requirements: Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 25% to 75% depending on business needs and client requirements.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
